Finca La Tierra is our own coffee farm in Colombia. This is our first lot where we have dried the coffee in its own fruit on raised dry beds; a traditional Natural. By letting the coffee berries slowly dry for two months, with all the sugar from the berries intact, the ripe sweetness from the berries goes into the coffee. The result is a coffee with lower acidity, and a little more fullness and sweetness. The result is a really smooth coffee with subtle fruit tones.
