COLOMBIA PINK BOURBON
COMPLEX / FRUITY / APPLE ACIDITY
The Quisaboni brothers have two neighboring farms in Huila where they grow this pink-orange bourbon, among other things. This is a real family farm where all the work around the coffee takes place within the family. This is a micro lot that really shows how complex and varied coffees can be in Colombia. The taste is notes of red berries, green apple, citrus peel and dark chocolate.

ESPRESSO ROAST EDITION
This is the first in a series where we select one of our single origin coffees and roast them a little longer and darker, given them an espresso profil. The slightly longer roasting profile softens the acid in the coffee and increases the fullness.
El Salvador San José has a soft acidity that we think fits as well as a modern espresso. There is some acidity here, but it is nicely balanced by the coffee's milk chocolate sweetness.
