This big favorite from last year is back. A classic Honey-processed coffee from one of Costa Rica's absolute top producers, Don Tacho. Here they have partially peeled off parts of the sugar and then dried on raised beds for 18 days.
Because only parts of the sugar are left when the coffee is dried, it gets a clean, clear character but at the same time retains much of the sweetness and softness from the Honey method. Here we find lots of fruity sweetness; apricot and peach with a wonderfully creamy and very sweet and mild character.
