We have known Carmen & Rafael Da Silva for 15 years and have visited their farms many times. They always surprise us with new improvements and experiments. On this micro lot, they have let the coffee berries dry in their own pulp so that all the fully ripe sweetness from the berries has gone into the coffee. The result is a mild and soft coffee with the character of caramel, peach and cherry.
